Suhoor

Islamic fasting occurs from Fajr to Mughrib (i.e. from the crack of dawn to sunset) during which time one cannot eat, drink, have sexual intercourse, or intentionally ejaculate through some means other than intercourse. Before the crack of dawn, Muslims will usually have a morning meal, termed Suhoor in Arabic. After sunset, Muslims will break their fast with another meal, called Iftaar.
